Being a community bank means just that, community comes first. At Community First Bank, we would rather be part of the solution than part of the problem of the impact of COVID-19. For the well-being of our families and customers, we are suspending all our in-person lobby services until further notice starting March 18, 2020.

All drive-ups will be available during regular hours Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Our Customer Call Center will be here to assist you with your everyday needs with the same hours as drive-up. We highly recommend the use our digital banking services 24/7 to meet y our banking needs. You can access your accounts through online banking at or our mobile app at CFB MOBILE through the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store. From there you can make payments, view transactions, check balances, transfer money, pay bills, and make a person-to-person payment and more. If you have not yet enrolled in online banking, reach out to our Customer Call Center for assistance at 715-344-5522 or

In addition, our staff will be available to set up appointments for safe deposit box, mortgage or commercial loan needs, etc. Please call to set up these appointments as needed.
